Good calls, Steve; I have The War on Drugs and Beck on my list too. However, The Baseball Project’s “3rd” is No. 1 on my list for 2014. Great tunes, brilliant lyrics, and Mike Mills and Linda Pitmon are featured too.

Scott McCaughey (Minus 5) is one of the most underrated song writers. Steve putting putting him up there is a great testimony to that, from another great song writer.
