Top Five Hilarious American Commercials (As Of RIGHT NOW!)

I hate most commercials. Probably 99 percent of them! I especially hate commercials with those goddamned whining wuss-bags playing an acoustic guitar, or a whispery girl with a ukulele. Fuck that bullshit!

In the midst of having to suffer through that torture, I noticed a few diamonds in the roughage. . . and let me just say these are brilliant, and whoever came up with these advertising concepts has my unyielding respect for going against the current shitty trends in commercialism.

5. Gas-X Prevention Ad

This one is so new, that it’s not even on YouTube yet (I could only find it on the company’s website). The premise is this guy who’s invited over to meet the parents, and he’s pretty much uncomfortable to begin with. He’s fed something with cabbage in it, and the voice in his head starts freaking out because he’s on the spot, and has to cut one!

4. Allstate Insurance Mayhem Ad

This one is clever, straight up hilarious, and far too true! I recognize the guy playing “Mayhem” from Law & Order: SVU. He played one of the detectives and had a fling with Detective Olivia Benson.

3. Taco Bell Bacon Chalupa Ad

The three guys sniffing the air is hilarious . . . and the captivated answer of “It’s . . . It’s Intoxicating!” had me howling! I love how the bitchy friend gets dissed by the whole set-up!

2. Miller Lite Vortex Bottle Ad

This one is hilarious! Wait for the old guy’s facial expression at the end! That’s the best part!

1. Huggies Jeans

I caught this one during the World Cup and I had to rewind it and play it like five times in a row on the DVR. This, by far, might be the best commercial ever made for an American product! I And the tagline is amazing: “The Coolest You’ll Look Pooping Your Pants!” Rumor has it this commercial was banned on several networks (which is totally ridiculous)!
