Top Things I Hate, That Everyone Else Seems To Like!

These are things I can’t believe other people really enjoy, and also like to boast about how awesome they think these things are! Are these fucking people lobotomized? Many of these things are pretentious or trendy and just not as funny or clever as people seem to think. Worse, they display no evidence of talent or skills whatsoever! In many cases, they glorify wasteful, assholish behavior.
- Music Festivals (hours of shitty music just to see one good act and usually outdoors in blistering heat or a torrential downpour)

- Rushmore
- The Rocky Horror Picture Show
- Juno
- Meet the Parents
- The Matrix trilogy
- Mafia movies
- The Simpsons
- Grey’s Anatomy
- The comedy of Sarah Silverman
- Amusement Parks
- Weddings
- Open Mic Night
- Snowmobiling/Jet-ski/ATVs
- Watching fireworks

This ties in with capitalism, but I’d rather just focus on my utter distaste for how things are advertised!

This is certainly a…thought-provoking screed you’ve presented here.
Though, I must say at times I feel you confuse a subjective opinion for an objective truth. This is often a pitfall for those new to the fine art of hating.
One might suggest a bit of the scalpel next time, as opposed to the shotgun blast.
